CLASS A AEROSPACE MISHAPS

 

This site contains a list of Class A aerospace and ground mishaps (or accidents) and their corresponding summaries and full narratives from the Accident Investigation Board (AIB) reports.  Aerospace mishaps may involve aircraft, remotely piloted aircraft, space systems, and missiles.  Ground mishaps may involve personnel, aircraft (with no intent to fly), or any other asset.  An accident is listed on this site after the AIB report has been approved and publicly released.
